The gospel message starts with Jesus’ resurrection. To be ‘resurrected’ means to come back to life after death—it’s a supernatural miracle. Jesus did many miracles in his life, but his resurrection is the most important one. Jesus died on a Roman cross and came back to life three days later.

If Jesus’ resurrection is true, as Christians claim, it shows that Jesus really is the eternal God. Jesus’ resurrection also means that everything he taught us about God and life-after-death is true.
